Presentation

The conference Journées de Microéconomie Appliquée (JMA), Days of Applied Microeconomics, takes place every year in a different Univeristy in France, in a french-speaking country or in a border country. It brings together academics and researchers, seniors, juniors, or Ph-D students, whose research contributes to the literature in applied microeconomics.

The 35th edition will be held in Bordeaux (France), Thursday , 7 June and Friday, 8 June  2018. It is organized by GREThA, the main Department of Economics of  Bordeaux University.

Inés Macho Stadler

 

Inés Macho-Stadler is a professor of economics at UAB and affiliated professor of the Barcelona GSE.She has been a research fellow at CODE since 1995, and at CESifo since 2002. Council member of CREA since 2004, and of the European Economic Association since 2006, she was the president of the Spanish Economic Association in 2005.

 Her main research interests are : 

  • Contract Theory
  • Incentives
  • Industrial Organization
  • Applied Game Theory

Job market

Ph.D. candidates and post-doctoral researchers will have the opportunity to participate in the Job Market organized during the conference. The placement service will facilitate job seekers to introduce themselves to future employers. To this end, Research Centers will communicate their contact in the program.

 

Special issue to be published in Revue Economique

The Revue Economique (CNRS 2 et HCERES A) will devote a special issue for this conference in september 2018. 

Participants will be notified soon about the submission guidlines.
